Welcome to Tibbee Enterprise Development, LLC. We develop sustainable business ideas that leverage Tibbee’s resources to generate revenue for investors and stakeholders—while donating a portion of the profit back to the community of our birth. Our work is guided by a Quadruple Bottom Line and asset-based community development.
Heritage and research create demand; enterprise meets it—and proceeds flow back to the community.
The Tibbee Documentary Project preserves oral history, families, faith, and athletics—so future generations inherit context, pride, and proof of what rural democracy can build. Follow Tibbee Talks for documentary updates and rural innovation stories.
Telehealth for elders, a residential kitchen lab, a gig-powered computer lab, and hyper-connectivity make Tibbee a viable third space for learning, health, and remote work.
Heritage products, learning & workforce services, and venture products—including Herbalyst, healthcare AI, and My Tea Butler.
We work closely with mission-aligned organizations to identify opportunities for asset-based community development.
A non-profit consulting firm that works with organizations that support youth initiatives.
A microloan program set up through Hope Federal Credit Union.
Please note: Tibbee Enterprise Development LLC and the Tibbee Development Club have no relationship or dependency on one another. The Tibbee Development Club is one benefactor of our planned profit-sharing—a gesture of our commitment to be a great corporate citizen and to support the community of our birth.
